Januar 2022 best\u00e4tigt, dass Mauritius von der EU-Liste der “Hochrisiko-Drittl\u00e4nder” gestrichen wurde<\/strong>, nachdem Mauritius Ma\u00dfnahmen zur Verbesserung seiner Regelungen zur Bek\u00e4mpfung von Geldw\u00e4sche und Terrorismusfinanzierung ergriffen hat.<\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.8.1″ min_height=”95px” hover_enabled=”0″ sticky_enabled=”0″]<\/p>\n <\/strong><\/p>\n <\/strong><\/p>\n Mauritius wurde am 21.10.2021 von der Grauen Liste der Financial Action Task Force (FATF) entfernt und steht jetzt auf der Wei\u00dfen Liste. <\/strong><\/p>\n Aus dem Protokoll der Kabinettsbeschl\u00fcsse:<\/p>\n “Cabinet has taken note of the Public Statement issued by the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) with regard to Mauritius after its Plenary that ended on 21 October 2021, wherein Mauritius\u2019 significant progress in improving its AML\/CFT regime has been highlighted. The FATF has indicated that Mauritius has strengthened the effectiveness of its AML\/CFT regime and addressed related technical deficiencies to meet the commitments in its action plan regarding the strategic deficiencies identified in February 2020. Mauritius is therefore no longer subject to the FATF\u2019s increased monitoring process. Mauritius will continue to work with ESAAMLG to further improve its AML\/CFT system.
